Our Story
Our farm story was seeded in the desire for our children to eat healthy, organic food.
This desire grew into the creation of Little Farm Fresh. We are a small Organic Market Garden located in Markdale dedicated to growing healthy, nutritious food for our community.
​We have adopted ecological farming practices that sustain our soil’s health and aim to improve it with each passing season. To learn more visit our 'Growing Practices' page.
We hope our Little Farm can have a BIG impact on the health and well being of your family and this place we call home.
CSA Program
Freshly harvested and delivered to your doorstep. We offer customizable vegetable shares in 2 sizes so you get the veggies you want. Our season starts mid-June and we harvest for 18 weeks of goodness. Our members love the convenience and the variety of vegetables we grow! The freshest, healthiest, vegetables you will ever have, and at a portion of the cost when compared to our market prices.
We keep our CSA Family small, we like to know the people we grow for and ensure they get the best quality produce. We know our members by name and really get to know what they love to eat. We have open doors at the farm for our CSA members so they can see where their food is grown.
